![]() ![]() Having a sexy design isn't necessarily a bad thing and Cammy's been that way from the start. We live in an era in gaming where female characters gets more and more covered up or even not allowed to be pretty. ![]() And that's what pisses me off about this whole Cammy design controversy if you can even call it that and why we still get posts like this. People are making a big deal out of Cammy's redesign more than it really deserves. I say almost because i'm already married with Juri. Sf 6 cammy is incredible, fantastic, almost perfection. Her gameplay in sf6 is also fucking fantastic, with the new stuff adding a lot to her kit, she feels mega snappy and good with the new input delay, and cammy in motion looks fucking sick with the new animations alongside this design. The new haircut is more of a subjective thing for me, since smaller hair styles make my dingus go "brrrrrrrrrrr" (maybe part of my thing with makoto came from that). The small blue jacket with the UK flag is briliant, since now we have something in her character design that makes very clear where she is from, adds visual flair making cammy looks super cool, and alongside her bare belly, makes the legs stand out. The leotard is gone, and although it's good stuff could have been lost, the new leggins not only adds to the sex appeal in a new way (since sexy legs in leggins are pretty much a kink nowadays), but keeps the whole thing of making her legs stand out, since now her upper body shows more skin. Sf6 cammy is to me the best she has ever looked, holy shit she looks fantastic in this game! The exagerated doll like face features not only are back, but alongside her grumpier faces, makes a great blend between sf4 and 5 styles, since now she looks like having small eyes like sf5 but when she smiles her eyes get big and she looks adorable. Sf6: Yeah the for awhile in the first line is for a reason. i used to play her and juri in sf4, and this redesign made me stop playing cammy cuz most of my love for the character was gone alonside what i liked visually and gameplaywise on her. The leotard having these straps looks cool, and give more detail and flair to her upper body, but it isn't enough to justify the sacrifices on her design sadly. Sf5: oh yeah i don't like this design at all! She missed most of what made me love her design in sf4, sf2 and sf alpha (being a cute woman with doll face features, that could fucking kill you with her bare hands and legs, and didn't care about it), having smaller eyes and skinnier face features, and also being way less expressive, but she also lost the paint that gave her legs texture and made her look cool. the only thing i dislike of this design is the leotard, since to me, although it makes her legs stand out (so we her primary way of attacking is very clear, and the paint making her legs not only look sexy, but cool aswell), it kinda lacks in personality in the upper body, and feels kinda bland. I adore the doll like face features, the way the game shading complements her movements and how much she is expressive, while still being cute in every frame, complimenting with the cute assassin woman story behind her.
